At this time we only accept cash (via Zelle)or check as a payment form.
If paying with check, it MUST be clear before event due date.
50% of your order total is due at the time of reservation.
By paying the deposit you agree to the Terms and Conditions of rental.
The remaining balance is due one  week  prior to the time of delivery or customer pick up.We understand that things can change last minute! We are always happy to help and will do our best to accommodate any changes that may occur. Changes that are made 3 business days prior to rentals being delivered or picked up may incur a rush order fee. 
Rental services require a signed Customer Agreement,electronic signature or signed terms and conditions.​We cannot guarantee the availability of items until an order has been finalized by paying a deposit. Due to fluctuating inventory and high demand, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible. 
.When ordering custom favors or accessories for your event,
they must be paid in full at the time of ordering. 
There will be NO REFUNDS on custom orders.
Rental period is 24 hours
Service package: delivery, set up, breack down, washing and pick up can be arranged for a flat fee.
You are also welcome to collect the pieces from us. 
Cancellation Policy:
30 days or more written notice: full deposit refunded.
