How much do your party packages cost
Our party packages vary depending on the number of guests, theme, and level of customisation. We offer flexible options to suit different budgets while maintaining a luxury tea party experience.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is typically due before the event date. Full details are provided during the booking process.
Can I change my booking after confirming
Yes, changes can usually be made depending on availability. We ask that any changes are requested as early as possible so we can accommodate your needs.
What is include in the rental party packages?
Unless otherwise noted, our basic themed party package comes with linens, glassware,flatware, teacups, saucers teapot, dinner plate, centerpiece and 3 tiered food stand with dishes,
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept cash.
You can send us a check or we use Zelle.
If paying with check, this MUST be clear by the event date.

Yes, we offer a variety of themed party packages suitable for both kids and adults. Each theme is carefully designed to create a unique and immersive experience
Can I customise my party package?
Absolutely. We offer customisation options so you can tailor colours, themes, and details to match your event vision.
Do you provide decorations and table styling?
Yes, all decorations and table styling are included in our party setups. We handle the full visual experience so you can simply enjoy the event.
How to place an order with us?
If you are ready to proceed with your order then you can reserve your party package or individual items directly by calling us.
We will assist you in selecting the right items for your event.
Please keep in mind a reservations entail a 50% deposit and an acknowledgment of our rental contract.
How long is the rental period?
For weekend events occurring on Saturdays or Sundays, most rentals are typically charged for one day, covering Saturday to Monday. Depending on our inventory and item availability, we may allow pick up or delivery the day before the event.
How far in advance should you book with us?
If its for a small event ( up to 20 guest ) 2 weeks is enough time to place a reservation.
For bigger parties we ask to please reserve with 1 to 2 months in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Rental packages or individual rentals cancelled up to 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit the deposit.
Besides the rentals what other services do you offer?
We do offer our service fee packages:
They are optional and the services included are:
Delivery set up, break down, pick up, cleaning and drop off.
Prices will be based on rental packages and address of venue.
Can I pick up and drop off the rentals?
Orders can be picked up by the customer from our warehouse.
We urged you inspect items upon arrival and promptly report any damage, breakage, or missing items.
What happens if something is broken or damaged?
In order for us to rent themed party packages or individual items, a security deposit will be assessed to the total value.
In case of damage , we withhold the cost of the item(s) based on prices for similar items found online plus shipping from the security deposit.
Do I need to clean the items before returning?
Unless a service package including cleaning its included in the rental package, all items Must be returned the same way they were received. |
A cleaning fee will be applied if rental package or individual items are returned dirty.
Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, we do collect a security deposit. The amount of the security deposit is based on rental package.
It will be collected at client’s pick up or when we deliver the rental package
Do you offer shipping services?
Unfortunatelly it’s not an option for us.
Our china pieces are very delicate and delivery companies do not offer a garanty that pieces will not be broken during transit.
