At this time we only accept cash ( via Zelle ) or check as a payment form.
If paying with check, it MUST be clear before event due date.
50% of your order total is due at the time of reservation.

Reservation & Deposit

A 50% deposit of the total order amount is required at the time of reservation in order to reserve the requested date and begin processing the order.
Payment of the deposit confirms the customer’s acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The requested date and rental items are not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due in full two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled delivery or customer pickup date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by The Tea Party Company.
Full payment is required before a rental order can be finalized, processed, prepared, delivered, or released for customer pickup.
The Tea Party Company reserves the right to withhold delivery, setup, or release of rental items if the account has an outstanding balance.

Nonpayment of Final Balance
If the remaining balance is not received by the applicable due date, The Tea Party Company may suspend preparation and processing of the order until the balance is paid in full.

If the balance remains unpaid as the event date approaches,
The Tea Party Company
may cancel the reservation and decline to provide the rental services and/or rental items.
Any cancellation resulting from nonpayment will be handled in accordance with the cancellation provisions applicable to the timing of the cancellation and any applicable agreement between the parties.
The customer is responsible for communicating with
The Tea Party Company
promptly if there is an issue that may prevent payment by the due date.

We understand that things can change last minute!
therefore we are always happy to help and will do our best to accommodate any changes that may occur.
Changes that are made 3 business days prior to rentals being delivered or picked up may incur a rush order fee. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made 30 days or more before the scheduled rental date:
The 50% reservation deposit will be refunded, subject to any applicable charges for custom work, custom orders, services already performed, or other nonrefundable expenses specifically identified in the customer’s order.
Cancellation made less than 30 days before the scheduled rental date:
The reservation deposit may be retained to compensate for the reservation of the date, administrative work, planning, preparation, inventory allocation, and other costs associated with the booking, subject to applicable law and the terms of the Customer Agreement.
If a cancellation occurs after additional work, custom orders, purchases, preparation, or services have been performed or incurred, the customer may also be responsible for those applicable costs.

Rental services require a signed Customer Agreement,electronic signature or signed terms and conditions.​

We cannot guarantee the availability of items until an order has been finalized by paying a deposit.

Due to fluctuating inventory and high demand, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible. 

Custom Orders & Custom Favors

Custom favors, personalized items, custom accessories, and other specially ordered products must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
Because these items are purchased, prepared, or created specifically for the customer, custom orders are nonrefundable once production, preparation, or purchasing has begun, subject to applicable law.

. Rental Item Care & Responsibility

The customer agrees to use all rental items carefully and only for their intended purpose.
Rental items may not be altered, painted, glued, taped, stapled, cut, drilled, or otherwise modified without prior written permission from
The Tea Party Company.
The customer is responsible for the rental items from the time they are delivered or released to the customer until they are returned and inspected by
The Tea Party Company.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

The customer may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of rental items that are damaged, lost, missing, or returned in a condition that requires repair or replacement beyond normal wear and tear.
Charges may be deducted from the security deposit when applicable. If the cost of damage or loss exceeds the security deposit, the customer remains responsible for the additional amount due.

Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required for certain rental orders, as specified on the customer’s invoice.
Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, the security deposit is separate from the rental payment and does not count toward the customer’s outstanding balance.
For orders requiring a cash security deposit, the required amount must be provided at the time specified by The Tea Party Company, typically following completion of setup on the event date.
The security deposit will be held until the rental items have been returned and inspected.
Provided that all rental items are returned on time and in acceptable condition, the security deposit will be returned according to the agreed-upon pickup/return procedure.
If rental items are damaged, lost, missing, or require additional cleaning or repair beyond normal wear and tear, applicable charges may be deducted from the security deposit.
If charges exceed the amount of the security deposit, the customer is responsible for the remaining balance.

Service Packages:
delivery, set up, break down, washing and pick up can be arranged for a flat fee.
In case of The Tea Party Company has been commission for any of the service packages, the renter or an authorized representative must be present at the delivery and pickup locations to inspect the rental package.
You are also welcome to collect the pieces from us.

Inventory Availability
The Tea Party Company cannot guarantee the availability of rental items until the customer’s reservation has been finalized by receipt of the required deposit.
Due to fluctuating inventory and high demand, customers are encouraged to reserve their rentals as early as possible.
Requested substitutions may be offered when available, but substitutions are not guaranteed.

Customer Agreement

Rental services require a signed Customer Agreement, electronic signature, or acknowledgement of these Terms & Conditions.
By paying the reservation deposit or otherwise confirming the rental order, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions and agrees to comply with them.

Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
The Tea Party Company will make reasonable efforts to fulfill confirmed reservations. However, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, venue closure, government restrictions, transportation emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances that make performance impossible or unsafe.
If such circumstances occur,
The Tea Party Company
will communicate with the customer and make reasonable efforts to determine an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.

Customer Responsibility for Event Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding:
Event date and time
Delivery and pickup times
Venue address
Venue access times
Guest count
Rental quantities
Setup requirements
Venue restrictions
Special instructions
The customer should notify
The Tea Party Company
as soon as possible of any changes to this information.


Agreement to Terms

By submitting a reservation deposit, signing the Customer Agreement, providing an electronic signature, or otherwise confirming a rental order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
The Tea Party Company
reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions for future reservations. The Terms & Conditions applicable to a customer’s booking will be those provided or accepted at the time of reservation, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
